Shipping Carriers
Standard, expedited, and priority service is provided through DHL and USPS. Transit usually requires 1–7 business days once fulfillment is complete, except when a carrier faces an unavoidable delay. Express service through FedEx and USPS is available for an additional fee, and the preferred service may be selected at checkout. Because transit times can vary, delivery dates are not guaranteed; our Support team can provide further details.
Fulfillment Guarantee
We know it is hard to wait for a shipment, so we commit to fulfilling each order as soon as possible. Contact our Support team if no shipping-confirmation email has arrived by the third business day after the order was placed.
Freight/Shipping Forwarders
We do not ship orders to freight forwarders or shipping-forwarding services. Orders addressed to either kind of service will be canceled and refunded in full.
